Professional Writing

If you're lost, stuck, or longing for something more in your life, this is the place to start.

In his first book, Never Too Late, Mike introduces the concept of Living by Design, as opposed to what most of us do, which is Living by Default. Never Too Late is a holistic approach to designing a life you love.

In Superpower 5.0, Mike takes readers into a deep-dive exploration of their very best self. Superpower 5.0 walks you through the five steps for designing your greatest asset ... your Superpower. Here you'll find the secret to living an impactful, authentic life.

Never Too Late and Superpower 5.0 are available on Amazon in both print and digital formats. Mike also offers online courses for each and you can learn more about these at the Life Design Center.

Because all work and no play makes Mike a dull boy.

Hey There!

Welcome to the "credibility" section of the website.  This is where normally find a glorified resume, written in the third person, designed to convince you the person at the top of the page is worthy of your time and attention.  I'll spare you headache.

In most ways, I am no different than you.  In fact, there are probably many more ways in which you are more exceptional than me than the other way around.  I'm kind of a one-trick pony.  Over the years, I have discovered my Superpower is:  bridging body and soul.

What the heck does that mean?

At a personal level, it often means bridging the head and the heart.  It means helping people to live in the real world while creating connection to something bigger.  It means balancing dreams with reality.  When I work with companies, it often means balancing culture with operations.  It means keeping people happy while getting the work done.  It means making a profit without sacrificing purpose.

I've been doing this for a long time.  I believe it's what I was born to do.  I don't expect to convince you with a few simple words, or an extensive resume.  It's better if you have your own experience and make your own assessment.

On this website you'll find links to my periodic ramblings (a.k.a. my blog) as well as links to Someritus and the Life Design Center.

If you don't find what you need, or if you just prefer to interact with a human, please drop me a note using the form below and I'll get back to you as soon as I possibly can.

Prosperous Journey,
