In this first week, we'll discover the downside of Life By Default. We'll also explore the many benefits of Life By Design. Most importantly, we'll discover the true goal of Life Design.
Week Two: Where are you now? Where are you going?
Week two is all about answering these two questions. We'll start off with a baseline Life Design assessment and from there we'll dive deep into three different techniques for finding your way.
Week Three - The Seasons of Life Design
Our lives move through four distinct seasons. In week three, we'll learn how to recognize each one and we'll learn how to use the seasons to our advantage.
Week Four - What's stopping you?
Week four is all about obstacles. What kinds of things are going to get in the way? How do we distinguish the real from the imagined? What do we do about both?
Week Five - How do you get there?
Life Design is not a solo mission. In week five we'll learn how to design and build the necessary social support structures that we will need for our Life Design journey.
